    The data is not used for any other reason and is not passed on to third parties.

2. The data is stored on a desktop computer and accessed by password

     It is retained for seven years to conform to income tax regulations

3. The only people with access to this data are Dave Hodgson and Florence Hodgson (partners in the firm)

4. Data include the visitors name, address, contact details, name and dates of cottage booked, price, moneys paid and year first booked

5. Google analytics and Jimdo statistics are used to help us track where people are seeing our website

   No personal details are accessed.

6. If you use the contact form but do not book your details are deleted

7. Reviews which are kindly left by visitors are not used any where else
